A large international pharmaceutical company, specifically its Polish entity, faced challenges in utilizing its vast data assets. Despite collecting data from various sources, they struggled with aligning stakeholders, understanding goals and limitations, and identifying relevant use cases for data and AI. This lack of a cohesive strategy prevented them from effectively planning and implementing data-driven solutions.
Solution: Data & AI discovery workshops: creating a unified strategy and roadmap
We conducted a series of interactive workshops with stakeholders across business units, IT, and management to map out the company’s goals, challenges, and opportunities for leveraging data and AI.
