That was the first training for this company with Generative AI. Upon assessing use-cases through survey with the team, we end-up with conclusion about structured approach for training: Dedicated workshops (4 hours) with recruiters to improve their productivity in daily work in safe and risk-oriented manner. It covered:
  • Prompt engineering,
  • Job offer creation automation,
  • Role-specific requirements understanding,
  • Translations,
  • Candidates matching with job offers based on CV.

The initial phase of the project saw plans to re-skill the first 300 employees, with a broader vision to extend this across more than 15 operating countries. The impact of this solution has been profound:
  • Improved conversion rate of job offers thanks to better understanding of requirements
  • Improved volume of applications per job offer thanks to personalised offers
  • Reduced time for recruitment process management thanks to job offers creation automation and streamlined CV matching

I’ve noticed that people are more inclined to use tools — especially ChatGPT. In several cases, it has accelerated their work, such as writing recommendations for candidates or creating job offers.
